If you need to receive your item more quickly, you can choose Express Delivery. You will be responsible for any additional costs that may be incurred.

We ship orders out within a few business days. We will notify you that your order has been dispatched and provide you with a tracking code. You can use this to check where your order has arrived.

If our supply of your product is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. If the delay is likely to be substantial (3 months or longer) you can contact us. Terms and receive a refund for any products you have paid for, but not received.
